In the camp, the madrichim, or leaders, play a significant role in the lives of campers. Through their example and guidance, many young individuals find inspiration and choose to follow in their footsteps. The personal connections formed between madrichim and campers can have a long-term impact on the lives of the campers. Therefore, we place a special emphasis on madrich training and development to better support them in becoming positive role models for the youth.
